Dear Editor,
It is my belief that the elements of shame have declined in our society. Disrespect for self and others has been the consequence. We behave as if the untoward we spew in actions and words is worthy of emulation. Our parliamentarians may be parliamentarians elected, but I believe that many of them have miles to go to understand that they may walk with their heads up, but we the people down our heads in shame when we see them and we listen to them without hearing. I am referring to all our parliamentarians.
