A recently released convict is now back behind bars after being remanded to prison on Friday on a charge of break and enter and larceny.
Dequan Parris, 19, a mason of Middle Road, La Penitence, was hauled before Georgetown Senior Magistrate Leron Daly, who read the charge to him.
It is alleged that on July 19, 2022, at Laing Avenue, while in the company of others, Parris broke and entered the dwelling house of Adrian Walker and stole a laptop, valued $120,000, a PlayStation 4, valued $100,000, a cellular phone worth $50,000, an iPhone cellular phone worth $45,000, a watch valued $25,000 and $100,000 in cash.
