A Corentyne teacher is now dead after he was involved in an accident along the Albion Public Road last evening.
Dead is Sydney Cort, 39, of Rose Hall Town, Corentyne.
According to initial information gathered, Cort was proceeding home along the Corentyne Highway when he lost control of his vehicle which flipped several times before crashing into a resident’s fence and shed.
Cort did not survive the crash.
An investigation has been launched.
