(Trinidad Guardian) – Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley remains in isolation, in keeping with the current COVID-19 protocols, and is being monitored by his physicians, as he rides out a second infection with COVID-19.
The PM tested positive for COVID-19 on Friday morning, a short release from the Office of the Prime Minister confirmed.
“The Prime Minister, who is fully-vaccinated and received two boosters, is experiencing very mild symptoms,” the PM’s Office said.
However, PM Rowley, who is an avid sportsman, has been weathering his current COVID-19 storm by watching the Commonwealth Games.
