Dear Editor,
The Vice President held person-to-person telephone conversation; Secretary of State among other dignitaries held face-to- face meetings with the President and entourage, during their recent visit. But the well intentioned gesture, by way of an invitation to meet, was completely ignored and sends an ominous message. The invitee, it seems cowered when invited to walk his talk.
