The Ministry of Health yesterday said that two elderly, unvaccinated men have died from COVID-19.
The Ministry said that an 82-year-old from Region Seven passed away on August 1st. A 76-year-old Region Three man died on August 9.
This takes the COVID death toll to 1,274.
Meanwhile, the ministry’s daily dashboard reported 69 new cases of the virus. Two persons are in the ICU.
