Dear Editor,
I have for the past weeks submitted nine poems to an on- line poetry website eliciting a total of 18 comments all favourable.
These comments have been very useful in encouraging me to understand that if a poem is read by even one person, it is not without value.
Now I understand why the late poet Dr. A.J. Seymour stopping to chat with me on Water Street left my presence with the words,” Keep writing Krishna. Keep writing.”
Unlike the past where I ceased writing from time, I will continue writing relying on the Muses and enjoying my poems as I read the poems of others.
I encourage my fellow poets to keep writing. Do not give up!
