It is pure damn nonsense (borrowing that phrase again), after two full years the elections fraud cases before the court still cannot commence properly, and the CoI is still no near commencement. While names of commissioners were given some months ago, signaling the intention to get going in this regard, the holdup explanation had to do with getting the ToRs right. So while commissioners were named but no inquiry, taxpayers are footing the bill for the commissioners who are doing behind the scenes work. With all the perceived foot dragging taking place it has to be wondered if these matters will ever commence much less conclude by 2025. Is that the ploy?
