Reluctantly and unfortunately, I have no other option than to attempt through this medium to get help, having exhausted all others. I applied for a refund on the deposit I paid for a meter at the house I owned. This was before October last year. In fact I had two meters, but being unable to locate the receipt for the earlier one (since around late 90’s) I have given up on that, even though I am of the view that GPL should have records to refund that deposit. Since around October, I have visited GPL, called, written and spoken with numerous persons, including Ms. Charles, Ms. Smith, Ms. Johnson, Jennifer and Ms. Benjamin who have all been polite, but unable to solve the mystery of processing my refund. I’ve tried calling to speak with any manager and on almost every occasion, the numbers rang out. I hope that this brief missive “catches the eye” of someone at GPL, who can contact me at the number I’ve given, so that this seemingly simple issue can be resolved.
