Eagles FC was held to a 2-2 stalemate by No. #1 All-Stars when the Football Association Senior Men’s League continued on Sunday evening at the National Track and Field Centre, Leonora.
Each of the conversions were recorded in a chaotic first half. Manuel Morris pushed Eagles into the initial lead compliments of a 10th minute strike. However, Mark Chester restored parity to proceedings, as he found the back of the net one minute later.
No. #1 All-Stars then took the lead in the form of Sheldon Christopher, following a 13th minute conversion. Nonetheless, an equaliser would be found in the form of Morris, who sealed his brace in the 20th minute. The two sides failed to be separated for the remainder of the encounter.
