Major drainage works are underway on the main canal at the Onderneeming, La Parfaite Harmonie, Recht Door Zee and Westminster Housing Schemes. This follows a community engagement led by Minister within the Ministry of Public Works, Deodat Indar, where residents raised concerns about flooding due to excess vegetation in the main canal.
