Minister of Public Works, Juan Edghill yesterday announced the allocation of $130 million to upgrade the road in Barabina, Region One.
With frequent heavy rains the road has further deteriorated with huge potholes, becoming swampy at times and making it almost impossible to use on occasions.
The Minister is currently in the region inspecting roads and checking up on other infrastructural projects, a release on the ministry’s Facebook page said.
