GTT continues to disappoint

Dear Editor,

I have two situations with GTT:

1. I applied online to update my Fibre 100 to 200 since 2nd August, 2022 and to date nothing has been done. Four reports were made to the call center. Please don’t try to update me now. Don’t need it.

2. I bought a landline telephone instrument from GTT in June, 2022. Within two months it became faulty. It was reported and exchanged on 22nd August and the same thing happened again.

I am kindly requesting a refund and no more exchange since these telephone instruments are faulty. Disappointed with GTT’s standard.
