Intertec, a 100%-owned Guyanese company that specialises in providing a wide variety of offshore solutions to meet challenges of the oil and gas sector, was launched yesterday morning at the Marriott Hotel.
The company was established in 2020 but boasts over 30 years of experience in the operation of offshore marine support vessels and offshore supply services, according to Hannah Vogel-London, one of Intertec’s directors and the only non-Guyanese staff member at the Company.
“We have come home to offer services that we think are not currently provided by Guyanese companies and at the level we operate,” said Vogel-London, who is married to the Guyanese owner of Intertec. In its brochure, Intertec said it aims to offer gold standard service to its clients in and around Guyanese waters.
