Dear Editor
It is simply unbelievable that one of the principals of the company building a school in Region Ten appears not be aware that construction work has been stalled for over a month (SN September 18). This is pure damn nonsense (borrowing that phrase again). Further, the principal when contacted said he ‘would have to make some calls and promised to provide an update by Monday’. It has to be queried how long would it take to ‘make some calls’ and provide the much needed responses and update to the regional authorities long before Monday on the project?
The perceived tarrying in the matter is sending a wrong and different message and the company and agents must end the blackout of the requested and requisite information on the stalled project to the regional administration. Better is expected. Better must be done.
