Dear Editor,
The consultant for GCA is advocating against the water company disconnecting citizens and charging reconnection fees (KN September 19). This is indeed a commendable bidding on behalf of consumers. While the advocacy against the water company has its basis in a UN Resolution, I am wondering if some of the same reasoning and arguments as explained and outlined to the public watchdog body for utility services, could not be applied to the national electric company? Food for thought.
