Star cyclist Jamual John brought his talents back to Guyana and rode off with the spoils of the Victor Macedo road race on Sunday.
Fresh off a training and competition stint in the USA, the Team Foundation standout finished at the top of the podium for the race which rolled off at Queenstown, proceeded to Mahaicony Bridge before returning to CARIFESTA Avenue for the finish.
John clocked two hours, 30 minutes and 23 seconds leading Curtis Dey and Briton John onto the podium while Romello Crawford, Christopher Griffith and Deeraj Garbarran filled out the top six rewarding positions.
