Dear Editor,
I have an elderly relative who had applied for her old age pension early in August and should have received her pension book by now. It is almost the end of September and she is still to receive her pension book. Previously, she had been advised not to apply too early for her book. While all the necessary documents have been submitted, she was advised to wait for a phone call from the office as to when the book would be ready. She would have reached the qualifying age since the middle of August. Could someone at the NIS office look into the delay? Grateful for your assistance.
Sincerely,
(Name and Address Provided)
