“Joshua Denny, who represented the Lodge School team at the Milo and KFC tournament, and also Camptown FC from U-11 to the senior ranks, was robbed and brutally murdered on the 30th of September 2021 whilst on his way to work. It is against this backdrop that my family and I wish to host this tournament to sensitize the public and moreso the youths, about working to achieve their goals instead of crime,” an official release stated.
