Berbice dominated Demerara in the Guyana Cricket Board Senior Inter-County 50-over tournament yesterday at the Georgetown Cricket Club ground to secure a 189-run win.
Berbice won the toss and opted to bat after rain reduced the contest to a 45-over affair and piled on 363 for six from their allotment. Demerara could only muster 174 all out in 29.3 overs in front of a few hundred spectators.
Bramble led the Berbice batting order with a responsible 106 from 83 balls. He stroked two sixes and 12 fours before leg spinner, Steven Sankar, trapped the opener, leg before wicket.
