Soesdyke Falcons and Swan recorded wins when the East Bank Demerara Football Association (EBDFA) Senior Men’s League continued on Sunday at the National Training Centre, Providence, East Bank Demerara.
Soesdyke completed the group stage aspect of the event unbeaten, crushing Friendship All-Stars 9-0. Tyrel Khan recorded a hat-trick in the second, 18th and 33rd minute, whilst T. Glasgow tallied a three goal haul in the 50th, 67th and 80th minute.
Adding a double was M. Barker in the 8th and 53rd minute, whilst Marvin Joseph netted in the 39th minute. Meanwhile, Swan FC crushed St. Cuthbert’s Mission 5-1. M. Williams bagged a double in the 2nd, and 8th, while E. Adonis, A. Calistro, and A. Webber netted in the 31st, 75th, and 88th minute.
