Tyreke Inniss, a 22-year-old security guard who resides at Ice House Road, East Bank Demerara was charged on Friday by ranks of the Timehri Police Station with the possession of 120 grammes of cannabis.
The accused, who had been arrested on Tuesday, appeared before Principal Magistrate Judy Latchman at the Diamond/Golden Grove Magistrate’s Court, where the charge was read to him and he pleaded not guilty. He was placed on $60,000 bail. The matter was adjourned to until November 9 for report and fixture.
