The National Aquatic Centre will be closed from today for five days, a release from the National Sports Commission (NSC) states.
According to the release, the closure of the facility is to facilitate scheduled maintenance works to the facility.
The facility, this newspaper understands will be closed from today until Friday.
The NSC, the release added, regrets any inconvenience caused by the closure of the venue to athletes and other persons who use the facility on a daily basis.
