Dear Editor,
With respect to my letter published on 23rd October in the Stabroek News stating that my landline phone was not functioning and attributing delays to address the problem to GTT, I wish to state further that Stabroek News, The Public Relations Officer of GTT, the dispatched technicians assisted in a collaborative effort to ensure the landline was looked after. I thank all involved and wish users the same quality of high level service.
