The Guyana Harpy Eagles batsmen made full use of the conditions Tuesday night at the National Stadium as the team concluded its second warm-up match ahead of the Cricket West Indies Regional Super50 tournament. Harpy Eagles climbed to 336 for six from their allotted 50 overs with four batsmen registering half centuries while their bowlers returned to dismiss the Guyana Cricket Board XI for 160 in 30.4 overs, in the end, securing a 176-run win.
Anthony Bramble (16) and Tagenarine Chanderpaul (14) added 51 for the opening partnership before Shamar Joseph removed both of them in consecutive overs but it was Tevin Imlach who owned the night. The wicketkeeper/batsman hammered five fours and two sixes in his two-hour long innings that saw him reaching 80 from 95 balls.
