The trial of photographer Keron Bruce who was earlier in this year charged with a cybercrime against a reporter is scheduled to commence on November 7 at the Diamond/Grove Magistrate’s Court.
It had initially been set for June 9, but was later postponed to September 6. The date has now been set for November 7 as Bruce’s attorney, Bernard DaSilva, raised concerns about the duration of the matter.
During the period, the cybercrime matter was being called before two magistrates, Magistrate Sunil Scarce and Magistrate Judy Latchman. However, the trial is expected to commence before Magistrate Scarce.
