Dear Editor,
Your editorial of October 30, 2022, ‘The AG and appointment of judicial officers’, was well balanced and ought to be embraced by both sides of the political divide. Additionally, I wonder if an act of Parliament can be passed or some other measure be instituted to appoint Justices Carl Singh and Ian Chang to the substantive positions of Chancellor and Chief Justice, respectively and retroactively.
