Dear Editor,
The City was gifted a garbage truck recently from one of our friendly investors. Can the residents of a certain northern ward expect that its garbage would now be collected, having been sitting on our parapets for several days? This is just pure damn nonsense (that phrase again). Would the residents have to clamour, like those around the horse-shoe table did for the removal of the City Engineer, for those responsible for managing the garbage disposal of the City to be removed?
