Jamaal Abrams called ‘Gold Teeth’, a 29-year-old mason of Lot 1343 Westminster, West Bank Demerara (WBD) was arrested on 2022-11-15 and charged on 2022-11-18 with the offence of murder committed on Sherwayne Underwood, a 32-year-old construction worker of Parfait Harmonie, WBD.
In a statement yesterday, the police said that the suspect appeared at the Vreed-en-Hoop Magistrate’s Court via zoom link before Magistrate Faith McGusty where the indictable charge was read to him.
He was not required to plead and was remanded to prison. The case was adjourned to 2022-12-15 for report
