Three knockout wins in as many nights earned Patrick Harvey the coveted best boxer (elite) award when the curtain came down on the Lennox Blackmore Intermediate tournament Sunday night at the National Gymnasium.
Buoyed by his boisterous Forgotten Youth Foundation (FYF) gym mates, the junior welterweight was the standout boxer for the three-night fixture which returned after a three-year hiatus.
After making light work of Steffan Caesar of the Republican Gym on Friday night, Harvey then returned to win again via another first round stoppage on Saturday night, this time against Nadir Walker of the Guyana Defence Force (GDF).
