Dear Editor,
Former Chief Education Officer, Dr. Marcel Raymond Hutson, in my opinion, on the basis of official interactions I have had with him, is a rare gift in service with humility to Guyana. I am sorry to learn that Dr. Hutson will no longer be serving as Chief Education Officer. I wish him the best in the future and I thank him for making a strong positive impression on my life.
