Samuel Jose Satrohan Khemraj, a 33-year-old man of Coldingen Squatting Area, East Coast Demerara, was arrested by police and charged with using threatening language against the headmistress of Strathspey Primary School, Andrea Thornton.
The incident occurred on Wednesday at the school.
Khemraj yesterday appeared at the Vigilance Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Fabayo Azore where the charges were read to him. He pleaded guilty and was fined $75,000 or three months imprisonment.
