It is out of extreme frustration and unable to contact anyone of managerial authority at Courts Guyana Ltd that I am using this medium to communicate my concern.
On December 5, 2022, I made an online purchase of an item from Courts using my Visa. Two days later my visa account was credited. Courts could identify the details of my purchase through the last 5 digits of the order number – 46752. To date (December 20) the item could not be delivered. I made almost 20 calls to the Customer and Delivery Service departments with each representative giving unclear and indefinite delivery details of this item.
Not being able to contact anyone higher than the customer service representatives, I am using this medium to ask that Courts please deliver my item before Thursday (December 22) this week.
