Those who know much better continue to observe the palpably inadequate presentation by GuySuCo’s so-called Head of Human Resources. The unimpressive imagery to be observed must discourage highly qualified ‘Accountants’.
From this distance, the format hardly indicates the capacity of a ‘Head’ capable of evaluating candidates for shortlisting. In any case some will be hesitant about there being little or no indication of the levels of reporting relationships in the organization, so that they can estimate career growth therein. The simplistic texts beg to indicate any authority role required over subordinates, and responsibility for timely submissions, and coordination.
Hopefully, there will be a very comprehensive induction programme.
