Dear Editor,
I want to share with you a wonderful surprise that I saw. I never thought in my lifetime that I would see rail on the jetty at the seawall in Kingston.
I’m happy to see that the government putting in rails to protect and prevent people from falling off the jetty and drowning. I remembered on my first trip to this jetty one of my friends drowned. He was nine. Thanks for making the jetty safer.
