If I were His Excellency, the President, I would summon my Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Response Team and pose the following three questions:
(1) What have you learnt from the Parika Market fire?
(2) What have you learnt from the earthquake in Turkey/Syria?
(3) How will this knowledge assist in making our OIL & GAS operations safer?
