In excess of 300 teen athletes will get into the blocks from 10:00hrs today to compete in the inaugural edition of the National Sports Commission’s (NSC) Junior League.
This is according to President of the Athletic Association of Guyana (AAG), Aubrey Hutson.
Hutson told this publication yesterday that quite a lot is at stake during this weekend’s two-day event at the National Track and Field Centre since the young stars will have their first opportunity to punch their tickets to this year’s CARIFTA Games in The Bahamas.
