When the Georgetown Cricket Association’s Atlantic Marine Supplies Suzuki motorcycles second-division T20 tournament continued Saturday, 4R Lions, Malteenoes Sports Club (MSC) and Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) all recorded victories. At GCC, Diplomats won the toss and opted to bat first, posting 100 all out in 18.4 overs. 4R Lions responded with 101 for one in 18.1 overs to secure a nine-wicket win.
Royson Grill made 26 from 25 balls while Rickford Mohammed chipped in with 10 but no other batsman reached double figures and extras top scored with 33. Natron Gill was the pick of the bowlers, taking 3-16 and was supported by Sanjay Algoo with 3-17 and Romeo Deonarain who bagged 2-4.
