Residents of First Street, Belle West are now the beneficiaries of a newly reconstructed roadway, following commitments by the PPP/C Government.
A release on Monday from the Ministry of Public Works said that President Irfaan Ali had held consultations with residents on development works to be executed in the community. This was followed by the injection of $335M to rehabilitate 10 dilapidated roads in the neighbourhood.
Prior to its commencement, Minister in the Ministry of Public Works, Deodat Indar engaged residents and contractors on the roadworks and the PPP/C Government’s expectations for the projects to be executed according to the established guidelines.
