GTT’s Business Solutions from January to present, has connected over 95% of its new customers to conneX – its internet solution for small and medium sized businesses, within just two days.
Among the areas connected were businesses on the East Coast and East Bank of Demerara, Georgetown, New Amsterdam, Rose Hall & Canje, Berbice, a release from GTT said.
Chief Operations Officer (COO) Orson Ferguson, said that many SMBs are quickly registering for the service and the company is rapidly growing its already more than 4000 customers enjoying conneX.
“We are listening to our customers and we are responding with our actions. We were asked to provide more speed, a faster service; and we are delivering on our promise to do that, quickly too”, he said.
Ferguson added that there have been many internal changes to ensure that the company delivers a consistent best-in-class experience to its customers.
“Change is important to us and we are ensuring that we continue to make positive changes that will result in the happiness and satisfaction of our customers and we are really improving our service in every way to that”, he said.
In January the company promised that all its customers would be installed within two days and if that was not the case, the customer would receive free installation and one month of free service. The COO said that Business Solutions would be sticking to that promise.
