Acting Commissioner of Police Clifton Hicken today accompanied President Irfaan Ali on a surprise visit to Agricola, East Bank Demerara. Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport, Charles Ramson and Minister of Local Government and Regional Development, Nigel Dharamlall are among senior government officials present.
