Vidushi Persaud-McKinnon was elected president of Archery Guyana when the entity staged its Annual General Meeting and Electoral Congress on Monday at the National Resource Centre, Woolford Avenue.
This is according to a release from the association.
Persaud-McKinnon replaces Mohamed Gamal Khan while Nicholas Hing and Robert Singh were elected Secretary General and Treasurer respectively. The new executive will serve for the period of 2023-2027.
The Returning Officer was Attorney-at-Law Kashir Khan. Meanwhile, the financial report was presented at the forum, while two motions were unanimously passed to amend the constitution.
