A man was last night shot at Kamboat on Sheriff Street.
Details on the shooting were unclear. However, an ambulance arrived and the man was taken from the scene.
Reports say that the man was accosted by two bandits and refused to hand over his money. He was then shot.
At press time, Commander of Region 4 A Simon McBean confirmed to the Sunday Stabroek that they had received a report and that ranks were on the scene.
