Harpy Eagles in driver’s seat after day two

Ronsford Beaton took four wickets

The Guyana Harpy Eagles are comfortably in control of their third-round clash in the West Indies four-day championships against Trinidad and Tobago Red Force after establishing a healthy 260-run lead at the end of day two at Tarouba.

Eagles were bowled out for 324 on day one but were batting again at close on day two on 96 for three after 34 overs in their second innings since their bowlers dismissed Red Force for 160 in 52 overs.

Fast bowling duo, Ronsford Beaton and Keemo Paul rocked the batting order while getting support from the ever-consistent left-arm spinner, Veerasammy Permaul.
