Twelve young professionals and their families are now owners of newly built young professional houses located at Prospect, East Bank Demerara, a release from the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CHPA) said.
The keys for the units were handed over to the beneficiaries on Thursday by the Minister of Housing and Water, Collin D Croal; together with Managing Director of First Change Builders Inc., Steven Jacobs and representatives from Demerara Bank Limited.
Each home is approximately 1700 square feet and features three bedrooms, including one self-contained room, a kitchen and dining quarters, the CHPA said.
