Ballin 4 Peace, defending champion Linden All-Stars and GT Ballers were among the winners on the opening night of the Rawle Toney 3×3 Basketball Classic at the Burnham Court, Parade ground.
Witnessed by a large crowd, the USA-based Ballin 4 Peace outfit defeated West Side 21-7 in their opening match, before returning to the court to edge Ultimate 17-13.
Similarly, Linden All-Stars downed Hoopers 21-9 in their first outing. They would also defeat Berbice Titans 21-14.
Likewise, GT Ballers crushed Team Venezuela 21-4 and Canje Ballers 22-16.

The winner of the competition will receive $400,000, whilst the second, and third-place victors will pocket $200,000 and $100,000 respectively.
