John Fernandes Insurance Services is being voluntarily liquidated.
According to a notice in the Official Gazette, at a General Meeting of the company duly convened and held on the 9th day of March, 2023, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: That with effect from the 31st day of March, 2023, the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jack A. Alli, Sons & Company of Lot 145 Crown Street, Queenstown, Georgetown, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up and that the remuneration of the proposed liquidator shall be at the standard rate
decided by the liquidator.
