Middle Mazaruni and Eteringbang recorded contrasting semi-final wins, when the Bartica Football Association ‘Regatta Championship’ continued on Wednesday evening at the Community Centre ground.
Middle Mazaruni edged Rivers View 1-0. Solomon Austin separated the two teams with a 40th minute conversion. Romello Walcott of Rivers View was issued a red card in the 85th minute.
Meanwhile, Eteringbang mauled AK Galaxy 4-0. The quartet of Fidel Colina, Ricardo Halley, Hector Azacon, and Mortimer Sam scored in the ninth, 26th, 49th, and 75th minute respectively. AK Galaxy’s Rock Watson was shown a red card in the 84th minute.
