Dear Editor,
It is past midnight and the loud music coming from Shooters Bar in Cotton Field/Anna Regina is almost unbearable. Calls to 911 has not resulted in any ease. Anna Regina Police Station phones are unresponsive. The owner of this bar and their customers apparently feel it is their civic duty to disturb residents at night and then hibernate in the day. Imagine if the owner was not a councilor. Or perhaps because he is.
