Dear Editor,
It is observed the Attorney General of a CARICOM State is to seek urgent advice on the merits of appeal in a recent court ruling handed down (Saturday Express May 4). In our case, a recent, perceived, unfavourable court ruling has seen a rush to appeal said ruling. Why not take a leaf out of our sister CARICOM nation and step back a bit and pursue further advisement on the merits and demerits of this course of action? It can do no harm.
Sincerely,
Shamshun Mohamed
